Hi there, my name is Jeronimo Werder. I’m living with my wife and two daughters in Limburg a.d. Lahn in the center of Germany and I am an embedded software engineer.
I love software that improves people’s lives. And exactly that does software for healthcare and life sciences. Software for medical devices is a big challenge and responsibility, but it is also my passion for more than 15 years.
I created software for many different kinds of embedded devices, from small modules for greater systems, handheld devices up to big complex machines like dialysis machines and robots for automatic processes in big labs.
I was working in many different projects in different industries with engineers all over the world in many different roles. So I worked as an software developer in a big team, as systems and requirements engineer, as a software architect and software lead, leading small to mid sized teams, as Scrum Master and Product Owner, as a trainer sharing my experience in Agile Development Methodologies, Requirements Engineering and medical processes and last but not least as consultant advising teams in difficult situations.
